Kalea
Implementation/Plan

30-Day Plan

A four-week Kalea implementation plan, from setup and internal testing to KPI evaluation.

For business owners or project owners who want to roll out Kalea in a phased and measurable way, not all at once.

What it does

This plan divides implementation into four weeks with clear targets and checklists, in line with the 14-day trial period plus the early subscription period.

Benefits

  • Lower risk because the AI is tested before facing real customers.
  • The team has time to learn and agree on SOPs.
  • Optimization decisions are based on data in Analytics, not guesses.

Steps

  1. Week 1: Setup and internal testing.
    • Sign up and run the Automatic AI setup.
    • Complete the knowledge, product catalog, and prices in the AI Agent menu.
    • Connect one WhatsApp number and/or widget.
    • Test dozens of real questions in Playground and from internal phones.
    • Invite the team and set roles.
  2. Week 2: Soft launch.
    • Open the channel to some customers (e.g. one number, or the widget on one page).
    • Review AI conversations in the Inbox every day; note wrong answers.
    • Fix the knowledge and instructions based on those findings.
    • Make sure the team is used to taking over chats handed off by the AI.
  3. Week 3: Automation and team SOP.
    • Set up Routing and Team inbox so chats reach the right team.
    • Create Quick replies for repeated questions.
    • Build Workflows (e.g. outside working hours) and prepare templates for Blast to customers who have already interacted.
    • Write a short SOP: who handles what, reply time limits, when to escalate.
  4. Week 4: KPI evaluation and optimization.
    • Open Analytics: look at Overview, Responsiveness, Leads overview, and team KPI.
    • Compare with the targets in Settings → KPI & survey.
    • Trim unused FAQs, add frequently asked ones.
    • Decide on a subscription plan in Settings → Billing before the trial ends.

Tip

Don't add many features at once. One change every few days makes it easier to see what has an impact.
